I take my own physical and mental preparation for race driving very, very seriously as it is essential for success. This of course is true in any sport, you will not find a single high level athlete or world class sports person who doesn’t.
This section is dedicated to the physical side of racing. By this I mean the body and its performance and a body’s physical performance when driving a race car in races.
Whether you are running a 10K race for the first time or are a seasoned Olympic champion you need to practice and prepare before each and every event to have any chance of success.
The people that win at their chosen discipline are the people that do their preparation better, more thoroughly and with a stronger desire and commitment to succeed than their competitors.
